With the newly introduced welcome stamp program by the government of Barbados, we have provided special monthly rates that you can choose from with our four types of apartments. Our well located accommodation is self contained and very affordable, this is a chance to comfortably work and still enjoy what Barbados has to offer.

• A deposit of the first month’s rent and security would be required before arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refunded if reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival date.
• Government tax of 10% is not included in the rate.
• Room rates are subject to a government Room Rate Levy of US $4.38 per bedroom per night.
